DEPOSITS

I do require a non-refundable deposit. Your deposit will be applied to your service and after service is completed the balance will need to be paid. If you have to reschedule your appointment, your deposit can be used towards a future appointment if you are rescheduling 24 hours in advance.

PAYMENT

I accept cash and cards only.

LATE POLICY

Please be on time to all appointments. I will allow a 10 minute grace period, however you will only receive the remainder of your scheduled appointment time. After 10 minutes, you will need to reschedule and the appointment will be canceled. DEPOSITS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED!

RESCHEDULES

You are able to reschedule your appointment one time prior to and no later than 24 hours in advance on the scheduling site. You will be able to reschedule with the same deposit if it is within the same month that you have booked. You cannot reschedule an appointment less than 24 hours in advance on the scheduling site. Please call to cancel/reschedule and be advised that a rescheduling/cancellation fee may apply. DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

NO CALL/NO SHOWS

No call no shows will prevent you from scheduling future appointments online. Your total service fee will need to be paid in advance when scheduling. No call no show a second time and you will not be able to schedule again.

GUESTS AND CHILDREN

Please do not show up with extra guests. The person being serviced will be the only person allowed to stay.

No children under seven (7) will be allowed under any circumstance!

Minors 8-15 years of age can be serviced with a guardian present.

BLISS THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE AND SPA WILL NOT TOLERATE ANY INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR.
